    The comparison is woderful as every point is clearly stated. But it is in the actual legal wordings which will not be understood by our members. In Tamil give only the major points of concern so that every one can understand the benfits and adversities of the rule. We may put a line as the "original english version may be referred".
    For this you may use the crcular sent by me on this subject which is sent in mail today.
